Florida concrete pumping

We got a call from a local contractor in desperate need of a solution for one of his projects. Basically he needed to fill with concrete a retention wall built next to a lake, to complete the challenge, he needed to make sure there was no spills of concrete in or around the premises, and in a very short window of time given by the property owner. To top it all, the distance from the concrete truck was close to 400 feet away!!, which made him very nervous. He had called other concrete pumping companies, but most of them had a mechanical pump, which could not ensure he would be able to get the delivery he needed, in the distance he wanted, in the time frame required.

We provided a great solution by taking a hydraulic ball valve unit, new hoses and a seasoned operator, just to avoid any headaches or disappointments. The ball valve pump that we used, has a Nitrogen compensator, which allows a smoother delivery with very little to no hose jerking on their pavement. This machine is great to pump mixes with 1/2 inch minus rocks. To say the least, the customer was satisfied that all his expectations were met and that his customer was a happy camper after we were done.
