We provide an hourly concrete pump hire service to any job within 2 hours of our Orlando yard’s location. This includes Orlando-area communities such as Isleworth, Windermere, Winter Garden, Lake Nona, Disney, Orlando airport, Winter Park, Dr. Phillips, Celebration as well as nearby cities like Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Davenport, Lakeland, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo, and Apopka. Our Concrete Pumping Services
Long Distance, Big Rock Concrete Pumping
We provide each customer with 200 feet of hose standard, however if you need us to pump long distances, we can provide the hoses required for any job, and our equipment is capable of pumping up to 1,250 feet. We mainly use hydraulic trailer pump units for all of our jobs and can maintain a volume of up to 70 cubic yards/Hr, and up to 1.5″ in aggregate. See samples and videos of some of our work
Retaining Wall Concrete Pumping
Our Professional Concrete Pumping Services team will work in conjunction with you structural staff, to place concrete where the specs call for. Whether is for water proofing, for residential or commercial foundations, or simply for decorative purposes, we understand the work and have the equipment required to complete any retaining wall.
House Lintel Pumping
Our pump operators place 50 boards on the job’s walls for 50 clean outs that are included in the service price, More boards are available upon request. Experienced personnel check the walls to ensure that the down cells can fill. Once the mixer truck is on site, the operator verifies the truss straps are installed and are marked and legible. J bolts are placed in the garage header and the ground and walls are scraped so it will look like we were never there. The operator completes a final walk-through of each inspection hole and removes the boards and nails.
Tie Beams, Sauna Tubes, Columns, Preform Columns, and Slabs
Our concrete placement team works in unison with your carpenters, finishers, and ready mix company to ensure the quality of the job.
Power Jacking and Sink Holes
Our most powerful pumps are capable of achieving over 4,000 PSI of pressure to ensure proper void filling. Whether a void has formed beneath a slab, road bed, parking garage, or office building, we have the experience and the equipment to effectively work with your sinkhole specialist to get the job done.
